Fourth-place finish in Deuces Wild finale at Golden Isles

Back with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) at the Georgia oval, Brandon Overton made the short trip to Golden Isles Speedway (Brunswick, Ga.) for Saturday’s rain-shortened Deuces Wild.

Lined up eighth for the $20,000-to-win A-Main via runner-up heat performance, Overton steered forward four positions in the 50-lap affair to register a fourth-place finish. He followed Mike Marlar, Brandon Sheppard, and Chris Madden across the line with Jonathan Davenport coming in fifth.
