Overton follows LOLMDS to All-Tech Raceway
Wells Motorsports and Brandon Overton returned with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) on Saturday afternoon at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) after Mother Nature wiped out Friday’s Winter Nationals opener.
Drawing 44 Late Models, Overton tagged the wall while challenging for the lead in his heat that relegated him to 10th. Needing to place third or better in his consolation race to qualify for the $15,000-to-win A-Main, Brandon charged forward seven spots but came up one position short of a transferring with a fourth-place outing.
